Presentation.

It is our desire to have the person or team who will be working on your project to present the proposal to you, so you have an opportunity to get to know the person and their skills.

This may not always be possible due to other work they are involved with, but we will always give the client the opportunity of meeting their consultants either face to face or via video conference or phone.

At the presentation we would suggest the Key Performance Indicators that we feel best represent the areas you have asked us to develop for you, and we would agree these as part of the ongoing project plan.

We like to have measures against we are assessed, but cannot stress enough that performance has to come from your team and not our consultants. Your people need to able to work without us when we leave - or we haven't done our job properly.

However, if we suggest the correct measures and monitor progress against them we whould have a strong framework against which to make the necessary changes for success.
